Where Do you ship to?
We currently only for custom orders as needed. we ship within U.s, in the future we are hoping to ship worldwide so stay tuned!
Why don't you do returns/exchanges and refunds?
because every product that we sell is custom made, it would not be sanitary to receive a returned item and resell it. it's also not practical to offer returns when we have a wide variety of custom products. however, we only offer even exchanges if you products arrives damaged or breaks. (see shipping and return policy)
How do i ensure I'm getting the right bracelet size?
though we have a sizing page, we highly recommend you measure around your wrist in centimeters before placing your order. if your sizing doesn't match the standardized size to your liking, you can order a custom size.
